Every time i open a new tab or new window then Internet Developer Tool keeps also keep poping up. It's rellay annoing, i tried almous everything. Reset the IE settings but still no help. Can somebody help on this problem.

Try the following steps: 1.Open Internet Explorer 8. 2.Click on "Tools" at the top of the browser. A menu appears. 3.Select "Internet Options." A window, named "Internet Options," opens. 4.Click "Privacy" at the top of the window. 5.Click the box next to the "Turn on Pop-Up Blocker" option inside the center of the window to uncheck the box. 6.Click "Apply" at the bottom of the Internet Options window. The pop-up blocker is disabled. Click "OK" at the left of "Apply" to close the window.

Hi, You can try to repair your IE 8. There is a link for your reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378 I suspect your keyboard have a big chance cause this issue. So you may also try to replace a good one to have a test.

I have windows 7x64 and i discover this, in IE8 32bit does'nt have this problem, but in IE8 64bit does. I tried also to turn of ie8 and then turn on again but no help. ANd i tried to download IE8 but i dind't found IE8 for WIndows 7.
