When i try to open a link in a new tab or a new window, new tab/window opening but its just blank screen and when i hit Escape or i manually click Stop page loading then hit Refresh its loading page. I tried these "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering" Running with safety mode. Re-install IE9 Windows is up-to-date.
