Jeh -That's not really a bug... What you're seeing there is the web site is trying to display two things at once. You no doubt, by now, know the default "hourglass" was replaced by that spinning circle thing. And when you're loading a page for the first time, or it's taking it's sweet time, it displays that same spinning circle thing instead of the icon for that web page. It seems to be switching between the spinning circle and the default Dell E icon.
