I ran an AVG scan last night and had 6 reports in the vault. I restarted the computer (a laptop) and once on and error code for a file name was displayed saying it could not access this file. It happens to be one in the virus vault. I restored the file (or think I did), but am still getting the error upon startup. (file: C:\Docum\~1\Jessica\LOCALS~1/Temp/DWM.exe)Since this error is showing up, we can not get Firefox or IE to start up. It initially said there was a proxy problem. We changed those settings after find that solution here. However, the error is still showing after startup and Firefox says it crashed and we sent a report, but IE just says it's connecting. Outlook Express is working and loading all the emails, so our connection is fine. Any thoughts?? I would use some malware from malwarebytes.org, however I can not get my internet to open to download it all! UUGGGHHH!! Thanks,Jessica1 person got this answerI do too
