Do you mean your user name and password will disappear? Or you have a shortcut of Remote Desktop somewhere which would be deleted after any reboot?

The problem was due to the conflicting group policy between two OU. It is fine now. Thanks Ali

When I add user in remote desktop user list. It automatically deletes after restart or log off. If I see the name of the user who was added in remote desktop user list, it is empty. This is the issue I am having right now in domain user. Thank you
