I'm running out of space and I wanted to fully reset my Surface.  So most of my files and documents into an 8GB USB Drive.  Then, I went to Change the PC Settings and Remove Everything and Re-install Windows, but it says some files are missing and won't let me.  So then I tried resetting it at the lock screen but then it says I have to enter a key code for Bitlocker (Which I never used) and I can't reset it at all without some media, which it doesn't read my USB at all.  Help?
