I Killed W7
I am not sure how i done this at all and i was wondering if anybody else had similar issues. This is what i done:Installed W7 on stand alone machineafter running through setup and doing some basic changes (display/wallpaper etc) i restartedChecked through Device manager to make sure all relevant drivers were installed properlyinstalled Office Enterprise 2007 and RestartedInstalled AV (kaspersky internet security 2009) updated and restartedInstalled Windows Live components and attempted to connect E-Mail with no success.Installed all relevant windows updates. After a final re-boot i logged into Windows and watched as a driver started to install (not anything that i have plugged in) and then blue screen and restart itself.this made it completely unbootable. neither safe mode nor startup repair could get the operating system to boot.the only issue i had before the final restart was the "Windowes 7 Beta Patch" update failed saying it was not required.i was wondering if anybody had any real ideas about how i may have caused this issue.i left for work this morning with a fresh install going.tonight i start from scratch.Trouble This Is Your Life And Its Ending One Minute At A Time

Hi,Not quite. After i ran the reboot sequence a few tmes and ran the startup repair, it just doesn't respond.I found it was starting to load windows, and just holding before the loading/login screen had the chance to appear.funnily enough, i have re-installed the W7 beta to the machine in question and for the most part i have done everything in the same order as before.Only difference, i installed the Beta Patch from WAU before i done anything else and it seems to be running ok.just waiting for Office enterprise to finish installing to see if it does it again.I shall keep you posted. Thanks for the info though This Is Your Life And Its Ending One Minute At A Time
