I am receiving the following message when I boot up and shut down and sometimes in between: "the instruction of 0x5ff3d322 referenced memory at 0x8d3dd9ad the memory could not be "read" This just recently started. I have run scanners and defragmented the files. Nothing helps.1 person needs an answerI do too

Some program/process that is running at the start of Windows and constantly in the background is failing. You need to find out what it is so you can act accordingly.
