I am running windows7 in any email window the curser jumps all over the page or even jumps to another page

How about some more information? like
computer model, BIOS version, hav eyou installed all latest drivers, etc.

Hi,
Generally, the symptom can be caused by incompatible touchpad driver or virus infect. So I suggest you could test in
Safe Mode and see if the problem occurs.
