I am using windows xp and using msn as my e-mail. I cannot forward a picture or a photo to any one and I cannot send a e-mail with a attachment that has a picture or photo on it to any one. when I try to do it a triangle appears where my in box is and says that I cannot send or receive any e-mails, I then have sign off line and then when I want to go back to check my e-mail I sign in and when the sign in page appears I have to hit Ctrl Shift and F9 at the same time,then two windows open up and I hit yes and yes on them and then I sign in to my e-mail again and then I can check my e-mail again But I still cannot send any e-mail with a picture or photo on it, only script e-mail I can send.
