I don't know why this program is on my PC..
I dont know what it is, what it does, I don't NEED a website,I'm not a business, and I've downloaded an SQL and a "Web Matrix" that I don't want, and will never use - does Windows need it to operate?  If not, why is it on my system, which is really just a home network which connects my laptops with my primary PC? And why do all my driver (.dll) files sport the Internet Explorer Icon? I don't even USE I.E.  I use Google Chrome Scholar, and since now I'm being told to sign up for a business website i don't WANT or NEED.  And Windows 8.1 keeps trying to turn my Google Accounts into one big Microsoft website and account. Crikes, next time I'll get an Apple!

Hi,

Looks like this is an issue with Windows 8.1 Operating system, perhaps a malware or virus infection.
run a full system scan using an antivirus software if installed on your system.
You can Uninstall WebMartix from "Add or remove programs" and check if it fixes the issue.
Or you can also try performing a System Restore to an Earlier time.
You can also contact Microsoft Support for Windows at the Following number (800) MICROSOFT (642-7676)  [Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM 9:00 PM Pacific Time and Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Pacific Time]

Since this issue is related more to windows and not azure, I am moving your question to Windows support Forums for better audience.
