I get an error message when I try to change the way I log on and off...?
Hey Guys,When I go on to User AccountAnd then when I click Change the way Users Log On or OffI get this error message:A recently installed program has disabled the Welcome screen &fast user switching. To restore these features, you must uninstall the program. The following file name might help you identify the program that made the change:C:\WINDOWS\system32\msGina.dll_________________________________________________________________And then you can only click 'OK'when I do it doesnt let me tick any of the boxes.I have Microsoft Windows XP HOME EDITION on SAMSUNG NC10Please can you help me?...Thanks...1 person needs an answerI do too

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to post. Please follow the steps below to place the computer in a clean boot state, this will tell us if a program and or service is causing the issue. Clean Boot Windows XP If the error goes away, then what you need to do is enable about half or so of the programs and or services and do a process of elimination to determine which is causing the issue.
