My computer hasn't functioned properly for the last 5-7 days. I have tried to reset its settings, and the "Quick Fix" from the Microsoft website. What's next? My IE now only works when I disable the majority of the add-ons when before, it ran fine.

Hi, First I suggest you can can use IE with No add-ons mode to try. Start -->> All Programs -->> Accessories -->> System Tools-->> Internet Explorer (No Add-ons). If IE can work well without any issue.
