I have a requirement to validate installer footprint. Part of that requirement is a verification that the installer placed an assembly in the GAC.Under Vista, I used the Fusion API's to query the GAC.In Windows 7 mscorcfg is not installed (unless VStudiio is installed), so attempting to instantiate the Fusion interface throws an exception.Is there another way of verifying GAC installation in windows 7?Thanks
