I unstalled money 99 on new computer years ago windowsXP all ran fine when logged in as administrator or on a limited account.Then a few monthes ago had to reinstall program from original disk. Since then dowloading of information only can be done when logged in as administrator nut as a limited user.How do I get back to the original setting prior to the reinstall?ThanksKH30301 person needs an answerI do too
