I have no internet connection options, no LAN, no wireless, zero, nada, nothing, just a blank screen.
I have a Toshiba laptop that has just been cleaned up from very bad malware/viruses. The internet doesn't work. I go to control panel, internet options, and there are none available. I also have no device manager display, click on hardware, and blank
screen. Msconfig also does not work.1 person needs an answerI do too

Honestly I would reformat it and reinstall the OS clean.-B-
