hello, I'am having problems with my computer and need a computer clean up "free" due to the fact I'am unsure of some programs that are the same. My other issue is I can't download music or burn it to my divd burner. I need help understanding these issues without having to pay for some "free download" that is not fee just a download that scans after download and tells me I need to pay to fix the issues. what a waste of time and along with lies1 person needs an answerI do too
