The caller thern said that my computer was open to the motherboard being compromised. As I have been using computers for some 20 years and had never heard of this problem before I Hung up. The person said that they were calling from microsoft! At their request I did a search and found numerous files with the extension *.Pnf Are these files the result of malicious web-site software or not?I am currently running norton 2010 internet protection software and this has not found any problems. Any help on this subject would be greatfully recieved.1 person needs an answerI do too
