Honestly, if you knew that this was an issue, why do you continue to allow us to update. I just did this yesterday.I hope you have a fix for this, I can see the my files from another computer, but can't do a remote login to fix it.

I can also see the mouse cursor, but nothing seems to happen.

Please help, I am watching one of your windows commercials now.

For the issue, please let me know what program you were running when this issue occurred.

I suggest you try the safe mode and clean boot mode to check the result.

Also, generally speaking, it may be caused by Graphic card driver.

I suggest you update the latest version of Graphic card driver to test it.
