If you don't run any service pack then you could start to update your Windows and install SP1 and SP2 first and then you could install Service Pack 3.You could try Windows Update to get all update and Service Pack or you could call Microsoft Support and ask to give you CD of it.
Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Then click on Properties.Check the description of your system and in particular, check whether any Service Packs have been installed already. If you have SP2, you can download and install SP3.If you have SP1 or SP1a already, you can bypass SP2 and proceed directly to SP3.If you have no service packs whatsoever, you must download and install SP1a first. Then, download and install SP3.You will have to download the full version of SP3 (not the smaller update version that used to be available at -http://update.microsoft.com), because the Microsoft update version is no longer available for SP1 or SP2 computers. You should check whether your computer has a non-Intel processor (particularly if it has an AMD processor). If so, you must download and install a special patch, BEFORE you start to install SP3.You will find the download sites at:SP1awww.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0136e5f8-1684-4202-b2d0-c6a43430f12a&displaylang=enPatch for non-Intel Processorswww.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyId=230796A7-54D6-4C31-BDA3-EFD2F7E87A8C&displaylang=enSP3www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=5b33b5a8-5e76-401f-be08-1e1555d4f3d4&displaylang=enI suggest you download all of these files first and save them to a location on your hard drive. Then, disconnect from the Internet, disable your anti-virus software and proceed with the installations in the following order -1. SP1a (if you have no service packs at all)2. Non-Intel patch (if required)3. SP3.Once you have upgraded to SP3, you must re-boot your computer, re-activate your security software and connect to the Internet. Then, visit -http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate/v6/default.aspx?ln=en-us.Install all critical updates that have been released by Microsoft since the introduction of SP3.You may also want to upgrade Internet Explorer to version IE8. If so, it is best to download the full version. Disconnect from the Internet and disable your anti-virus software, before you install the newest version of IE8.
