Image file thumbnail views in windows explorer
How can I get my picture files to thumbnail view when I open a folder in windows explorer? Right now it just shows a generic icon for image files. I think I did something wrong in the setup because I remember a question about image files. I can change sizes of the icons and go to list format, but I would rather see thumbs to pick files quicker.I tried the little drop down button on the right but thumbnail isn't a view option.

Go to Explorer Tools menu, select "Folder Options", then "View" tab and uncheck the box "Always show icon never thumbnails".Aski. MVP Desktop Experience
