In XP Home, I need to create a user account and have it run a minimal number of processes.
I creating an account and made it a limited account. How do I limit the number of programs running? No need for printer or network access. This user needs to be able to install programs from a disk. It only needs to run the basic processes that run Windows and the program installed.1 person needs an answerI do too
