Infinite Folders
I have a wireless network drive, attached to this is an USB Drive. When I create a mapped drive to the USB network drive, a folder appears for the USB Drive. Within this folder is a folder of the same name,, and within that, the same again, and into apparent infinity. If I create a folder within these folders, this too creates itself into infinity. NAS is Buffalo, USB is WD My Book. Norton 360 has great fun running through the infinite structure if there are files within, never ending the scan. The last time I tried a full system scan, it was still running after a week. I also looked at 'Properties' for the NAS Drive, and it too was still running after a week, showing my 0.5TB drive as having 1000TB+ of files. Maybe I have discovered the secret to infinite storage? Seriously, any ideas for fixing the infinite structure?
