Installed Windows 7 and now my keyboard does not work
On 10/25 I downloaded Windows 7 and it turned out to be a big mistake. I lost all of my files except for the onesI put on my flash drive (now I will take the blame for this part becauseI did not know I had to back-up my stuff)I thankfully still had my office 2007 disc and at first I was able to use office 2007 without the product key, but I just now retrieved my product key from the office team but it seems to be to late for it will no longer ask me for it and no longer allow me to use Office at all [it will load up but will not allow to type anything]. The worst part about this is that I amtaking online classes at University of Phoenix and cannot do my work.Another major problem is that my (C) drive is completely full now and I do not have room for anything outside of Adobe and Office. PLEASE do something for me. I am not looking for a refund I just want things to work.

Hello Andi06 Before going any further, I want to know whether the issue only occurred in Office product or all applications in Windows 7. 1 Try restoring the system back to the point before the issue existed. 2 Test the keyboard on another computer to check whether there is something wrong with the keyboard. 3 Go the keyboard official website to download the latest driver for the device. Hope the above steps help out! Andy
