I'm trying to install the SoftGrid client on a Vista Enterprise build. The installations tries to install the services then it rolls back the installation. The Event log error i'm getting is as follows: Event ID: 7030 The soft Grid client service is marked as an interactive service. However, the system is configured to not allow interactive services. What security setting is preventing interactive services from being installed? I can't make the change in services, because the service isn't installed yet. Kevin

Did you try turning the Windows Firewall off? Or is off already?
