Internal website on specific ports not working for my region alone

Hi Team,

In my region where we use TMG and websense, our company's  support portal website, which is a java based app, blocks mass upload and download of files. It works fine globally without issue except our region. Also individual file can be downloaded and uploaded without issues when going through TMG proxy. This support portal site when accessed through internet via my mobile data provider using USB tethering, works like a charm ,allowing me to do mass upload and download successfully.

I am not sure where this is getting blocked as a rule is already in place in TMG for this support portal allowing all traffic and in the parameters tab TCP outbound ports 6798 (for mass upload) and TCP outbound (mass download) are already configured.

Please provide me detailed steps to fix this ASAP.

Hi,

Have you checked the TMG logging when you test in your region? What's the difference with the logging when the block works?

Best Regards,

Joyce

When I try accessing the webpage and perform the upload and download,I could not see the webpage IP in the logging when I do filtering

based on my username or client IP under monitoring and sessions. When I access internet based sites ,it is logging my IP or name.

I tried stopping web sense and tried mass upload/download but continue to get the same error message.By doing this,I have ruled out websense to be blocking this java based site.

Please guide me on the logging procedure as I am unsure where am going wrong
