When I open Internet Explorer, I get the error message that the web page cannot be displayed. When I look in Control Panel, I notice that the modem is not being recognized. I suspect it may be a driver problem. Any suggestions?

Hi aked74, · Did you follow steps from the article I posted earlier? You can try resetting the modem. Refer the manual to do the same. If the article does not help then, try to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and check if they can help.
