This topic was brought up before in 2009 but no real answer was given. I am running 7 Ultimate on a Compaq 700 with 2.5GB Ram and 120GB hdd. Thanks.

Hi, Is your computer a domain member? If so, the Internet Time feature is only available in workgroup environments.
