My son is having issues with his Toshiba netbook running W7/64. The first problem is that it will connect to our home network fine, but won't connect to the internet. The network connection says connected but no internet access. I've tried everything that i can but can't get anywhere. Secondly, and may be a related issue, I am the admin on his NB. I logged in on the admin user and it tells me that I can not make any changes, and when I go to my user settings, it won't allow me to make any security changes, it acknowleges my click but does nothing. Please help!
