I am g a problem with every site that has a search item available to go to another page such as the related topics, etc. I just get a white page and cannot go to the page. I just installed Norton antivirus latest verson on this windows 7 computer. Help!!

This seems to be caused by a faulty Internet Explorer add-on. Please start the Internet Explorer (No Add-ons) from the Start Menu as highlighted: If you do not face any issue here, then manually disable each add-on one at a time in the normal Internet Explorer to see which one is causing the problem and disable it permanently. As you mentioned you installed Norton anti-virus recently, I suspect it may be due to a Norton add-on.
