i bought windows 8 pro when it came cot and its good but i miis some windows 7 features. is it possible to downgrade easilt to a version of windows 7. i dont mind paying for a windows 7 ultimate copy for my laptop but it would be a nice thing to see if there was a less time consuming route.

yep reinstall 7, ask the person that made your laptop they would be better to tell you.

Thanks ill install windows 7 pc specialist wasn't very good for informing me on what i wanted. it seems the omega supreme P570WM was sold by them but the had no clue about it XD thanks again and have a good day

You would need to purchase a copy of Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".
