Is it possible to invoke Active Directory/Group Policy for a single user on a domain?
I have a user who needs to change his connection settings in Internet Explorer but Active Directory won't allow him to do so. Is it possible to make the change just for his user or PC?1 person needs an answerI do too

You may try to create new group and add that user on it and then it become one group with one user and then apply group policy that you want for that user.
