Is it possible to move email folders from Outlook to an external directory (My docs)then if needed still access these and outlook to be able to read these again
Ideas: Want to save these folders on the hard drive so backup of the server doesnt take so long current backup takes 8 hours due to number of emails stored/archived on outlook. Dont want to delete these folders if possible No error messages No recent changesmade to computer, am operating on laptop which is networked to Server Have already tried to fix the problem by archiving emails from set date but emails still saved within Outlook Remember - This is a public forum so never post private information such as email or phone numbers! 1 person needs an answerI do too
