Is it safe to delete Windows Cookies Files?
I've recently learned about turning on hidden files, folders, and extensions. I've been browsing around and came across these files located at
[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low
under the C: drive. The files in this folder are all Text Documents associated with various websites (some that I haven't been for a long time). Are these files safe to delete?
I've also found folders with files under
[user name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5
Are these safe to delete too? I'm assuming they are from internet downloads and etc.
Also, are any files, that I find, that have associations with websites safe to delete?
