Is it safe to delete Windows Cookies Files?
I've recently learned about turning on hidden files, folders, and extensions. I've been browsing around and came across these files located at
[user name]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Cookies\Low
under the C: drive. The files in this folder are all Text Documents associated with various websites (some that I haven't been for a long time). Are these files safe to delete?
I've also found folders with files under
[user name]\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Low\Content.IE5
Are these safe to delete too? I'm assuming they are from internet downloads and etc.
Also, are any files, that I find, that have associations with websites safe to delete?

Cookies can help a website to arrange content to match your preferred interests more quickly. Most major websites use cookies.
You can easily remove any cookies that have been created in the cookie folder. If you are very comfortable with cookies and you are the only person using your computer, you may want to keep the cookies for a longer time for storing your personal access information
and browsing history.
If you share access on your computer, you can then delete the cookies as often as possible. Otherwise deleting cookies once in a while is considered a good practice.
