Is this a typo or malware --- 'Destkop Undo Manager' in Windows 7 system registry?
Hello Does anyone notice this posting and search his/her computer to check if there is any entry of 'Destkop Undo Manager' in Windows 7 system registry (yes, including the typo here)? http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=5473&sid=36fb89f5e305a023a47dc401e583373c I wonder if anyone can tell me if this is a typo or malware/spyware, as it calls the RunDll32 and stays in the system process. Any hints? Thanks! Hao

Hi, Welcome. As per your link: http://www.sandboxie.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=5473&sid=36fb89f5e305a023a47dc401e583373c that leads to Sandboxie Forum and it gives no precise clue what your problem is. I suggest: A best way to see what is running on your PC is Autoruns, at: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx. If you want to run "sand boxed" I would suggest you XP Mode if your OS supports it (Starter, Premium, Professional, Entrepise and Ultimate) , at: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/download.aspx. Sandboxie is for Internet Explorer only and it has some Windows 7 integration issues also. Only for sure, make a deep scan with Malwarebytes that can be downloaded for free at: http://download.cnet.com/Malwarebytes-Anti-Malware/3000-8022_4-10804572.html?part=dl-10804572&subj=dl&tag=button Rgds. itconcerned

The question is if it is malware or a typo made by Microsoft. We're having some issues on a windows 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition. The eventlog records a security error with this COM+ application. So it would be nice if anyone could explain if it's malware or not
