I installed Microsoft Office Pro, but forgot to run the Knowledge base update prior to opening any office programs. Outlook would not work with my ISP. I uninstalled Office Pro, then installed it again, this time running the KB update. When it didn't work again, I removed my profile, restarted windows and added my profile. I still cannot connect to the pop mail server. I can send email, but I cannot receive it. I have installed all the most current Microsoft updates also. Any help would be greatly apprecieated.1 person needs an answerI do too
