Java Gives Loadlibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect After 8.1 Upgrade

After the upgrade to Windows 8.1 Preview i keep getting the following error: Loadlibrary failed with error 87: The parameter is incorrect. Java in Browser still works and everything worked before the upgrade. Someone got a clue What is going on??

Java Version: JRE 7 Update 25

Hi,

I suggest you reinstall the latest Java. If the issue persists, please contact Java support to check if they have any insight.

I'm having the exact same problem, can't run any java-based program. 8.1 was not worth it...
