We have annoying issue on VDI remotes. We have created a GPO to add Keyboard layouts (about 30 languages). When i open "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language" everything seems ok and all Layouts are there, but if i click on Language bar i can see only half of layouts (sometimes only few from 30). If i go to "Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language" then select one of the keyboards layout and cklick "Move up" and moove it to the top of the list, the layouts appears on the language bar list. Very strage and annoying issue becouse users always asks for a help becouse they can't find desired layouts

What GPO do you use?

Based on my test, if I add the language in the Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language, it will normally be added in language bar.

Please check if the user can use mouse to scroll to the bottom of the language bar.
