That being said take a look at the Lync Connectivity Analyzer https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj907302.aspx and https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com

The external DNS looks correct for satwic.com, have you tried the Lync client outside your corporate network to see if that works? Also confirm the required Lync Online DNS entries are in your corporate network's internal DNS.

As Michael stated, the forum you posted is for Lync Server On Premise only. The issue is more related to Lync online, you can also post a question on Office365 forum for assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
