Lanuage support
In Windows XP you could check 2 boxes for Supplemental language support:
Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai) and
Install files for East Asian Languages.
In Windows 7 must I install the entire display language through Windows Updates or am I missing something?
We don't want to display the language in Windows, just support it (view).
Thanks in advance,
Steve

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the post!
In Windows 7, if you just want to view the website in some East Asian Languages, you don't need to install the language pack.
If you want to input those language, the package is needed.

Miya

Hi Steve,
Checking both check boxes will not display Language in language bar. You will have to install Keyboard Layout to displayed that language in Language bar. By the way, By the way, if you foreign language documents are in Unicode format, you can view them without
any problem.

Hi Steve,
How's going?
As I said the language package is needed if you need to put it in language bar, and Amanat is right, if the documents are in Unicode format, you don't need to install the language just like you visit some foreign website.
