Hi, Im based in norway but atm offshore and wont be home until the 20th (UTC+2 hours) My question might seem a little silly, but when is the last chance to download the win 7 rc? Microsoft states "Downloads will be available until August 20, 2009." Does this mean Aug 20 23:59? What time zone are the download servers based in? Basicaly im wondering if I'll be home in time to be able to download the OS.
