Why has the topic been locked, I have a responce for the person who asked the question, but can't as it has been locked out, Why?

That OEM Vista Full retail package only came with an Upgrade coupon for Win7 32bit. Ithas been the topic of concern (and heated debate) in many threads here. I'm sure you're aware of that Carey. In fact, therewere initially concerns about how the Win7 Upgrade would actually even provide the physical media. Within a few days, the sites were updated to say two disks, 32bit and 64bit would be included. There has even been some discussion about MS eagerness and emphasis on moving the entire platform to 64bit computing.So, that locked threadis very relevant. Your replymissed itspoint of it altogether. Your replywas, isa red herring.
