Why after installing LINE in Window 8.1 and cannot make call out to other LINE user?

I can't even find the Call function at all !!!!

Before this i was using Window 7 and no problem. Can use all the function just like a smart phone.

According to Line's FAQ, there is a different version for use on Windows 8 than Windows 7.

I think if they not put Windows 8.1 as requirement OS, means this application still not supported with Windows 8.1

Just as above said, Line's website is no instruction for Windows 8.1.

please contact Line's support for  hlep.

I am pretty sure that LINE for Windows 8 does not support Video and Audio calls. It is only supported for the LINE PC version . You could try to install that version instead.  The Windows 8 version only does chat and file transfers . Really sucks
