There are many default MPRs available in FIM after installation.

I am not able to get document having list of all defaults MPRs.

Please refer to any such document.

I dont now any documentation on the default MPRs, thats the reason why I always use a flag in the name of MPRs, workflows and sets when creating my own objetcs.

In my case I always add a underscore ("_") to the DisplayName.

You could probably query them with PowerShell and sort by Created Time.

Yeah it's definitely possible to do with PowerShell scripts. They're available online. The export policy script is probably what you're looking for. Run that on a fresh install. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff400275(v=ws.10).aspx
