I have an HP notebook. I ran Webroot Security Essentials scan yesterday. It took off three trojans. When I usually log on to WindowsXP my user name is saved and I don't have to put in a password. When I tried to log on to WindowsXP today it wanted a user name and password. I put them in and it tells me that "the system could not log you on. Make sure your User name and domain are correct, then type your password again." I have tried starting Windows in safe mode and that still doesn't work. Can anyone please help?
