Windows 7 is a Release Candidate and should not be used in a production environment at this time. I'm not sure if this method still works in Windows Vista and 7 but you can give it a try.

If the Windows 7 RC computer is in domain, it will not list all users in Logon Screen. However, the user that logged on last time will displayed.
