I use XP Home edition on my desktop and laptop. When I turn on the desktop, I do not get a log-on message and simply start using the computer. However, when I turn on the laptop, I get, "Windows XP Media Center Edition" with a "Window Log On" screen for user name and password. I sign in and go about my business. Is there any way I can turn the computer on and bypass this sign-in like I do on my desktop, which is not the Media Edition? Thank you.1 person got this answerI do too
