I have a Windows XP Professional Service pack 3 OS with a logon ID and password. The ID is saved and shows each time. About 1/2 the time, I type in the password and hit Enter or OK, the system goes to the desktop with the message "loading your personal settings" and then says "logging off" and re-displays the logon screen. I re-enter the password and hit OK or Enter and the desktop appears and the system works OK with no further problem. The other half of the time. the logon works OK from the start.1 person needs an answerI do too
