I want to run Poolmon.exe on 8.1 to learn and for my set of debugging tools. Poolmon.exe is in several SDK's including Drivers. It's written my ms. Does anyone have this running on 8.0 or 8.1?

Yes I have it running in 8.1. You need to install the Windows 8.1 WDK to get the latest version:
